September 20, 2006 –Azaire Networks, a leading Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solutions supplier, selected Subhajit Bagchi, with more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, to join its management team as the new Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Azaire Networks, Bagchi was Senior Vice President of Customer Operations and Quality at IP Unity.  He also held senior engineering and management positions at JDS Uniphase, Lucent Technologies, Hughes and Wipro.  Azaire Networks' IP Converged Network Platform is the first 3GPP-compliant IWLAN solution that enables service providers to cost effectively extend 2.5G/3G network coverage and offer mobile broadband services through the creation of hybrid networks.
