December 12, 2006 – Nomadix, Inc., a leading supplier of intelligent network devices and interconnect services for guest access, digital cities, and service provider HotSpots, was acquired by MagiNet, the integrated technology solution provider to the hospitality industry in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. MagiNet and Nomadix share a history of collaboration. The acquisition will allow MagiNet to offer a complete range of services for hospitality and other markets. MagiNet is a leading proponent of high-speed Internet access for laptop users, video and music on demand over IP networks, television broadcasting over IP networks and digital interface support for LCD and PDP displays. Nomadix is a leading supplier of public access Wi-Fi gateways and services.
