September 18, 2006 – Proxim Wireless Corporation, a global provider of broadband wireless equipment and wholly-owned subsidiary of Terabeam, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRBM), has appointed Len Eisenstein to serve as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas. Eisenstein will report directly to Pankaj Manglik, President and COO of Proxim Wireless. Eisenstein brings Proxim over 25 years of experience building and leading successful worldwide sales and sales support teams. Prior to joining Proxim Wireless, Eisenstein served in senior sales and executive management positions at:  IP Infusion (acquired by Access Japan), Larscom, Trillium Digital Systems (acquired by Intel Corporation), Ariel Corporation, Dagaz Technologies (acquired by Cisco Systems), Integrated Network Corporation, and Telco Systems. Eisenstein holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from City College of New York and an MBA from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, New York.
