November 28, 2006 – StubHub, an online ticket marketplace, achieved its five millionth ticket sale. The buyer and seller of the milestone ticket were each awarded a $5,000 gift certificate to use to purchase tickets on the StubHub website. StubHub enables customers nationwide to buy and sell tickets at fair market value, even those that are "sold out."
