June 26, 2006 –  Tzero, the pioneer of broadcast-quality wireless video, raised $25.5 million in Series B private equity funding.  The investment round was led by OVP Venture Partners and was joined by Quilvest and all of Tzero’s current investors:  August Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, U.S. Venture Partners and VentureTech Alliance, the investment arm of TSMC.  Tzero supplies ICs that enable broadcast-quality video over wireless networks, transforming the entire home entertainment system.
