February 21, 2007 – Blaze DFM, a leading electrical design for manufacturability (DFM) company, and Aprio Technologies, a leading provider of technology-based DFM solutions for the semiconductor industry, have signed a letter of intent to merge. The merger will allow for integration of Aprio’s analysis and simulation engines into the Blaze product line, enabling Blaze to offer the industry’s only comprehensive electrical DFM solution. The merger is expected to be finalized within the next few weeks. The merged company will retain the name Blaze DFM.
