September 27, 2005 – Azaire Networks, a Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solutions provider, adds two senior leaders to its executive team. Jim Grams joins as Azaire's Chief Technology Officer, bringing 25 years experience in software, networks, technology development and executive management. Prior to Azaire, Grams was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Multimedia Services at AT&T Wireless, later acquired by Cingular. Bob Pacheco joins as Vice President of Sales for Americas and Asia, bringing 15-years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to Azaire, Pacheco’s experience includes: Persona Software, LightSand Communications, Tekelec, Clarent and Symmetricom. Azaire Networks provides hybrid network solutions with deployments in service in Europe, North America and Asia.
