July 25, 2007 – Kineto Wireless, a key innovator and leading supplier of UMA technology, has joined the Femto Forum. Femto Forum is a group of femtocell equipment vendors and major global mobile operators formed to promote femtocell deployment worldwide. The forum is also addressing technical issues including radio planning and control, provisioning and management, and device-to-core network connectivity. Kineto Wireless is the key innovator and leading supplier of UMA technology, the 3GPP standard for fixed-mobile convergence.
