September 18, 2007 – Kiptronic, a leading technology platform for downloadable media, announced the addition of Dave Rowley as Vice President of Engineering. David was formerly CTO and VP of Engineering for SNOCAP, a music rights management company. Kiptronic has built a patent-pending technology service for rich media content publishers. The company provides dynamic, targeted ad insertion for video and audio files downloaded to disconnected devices such as iPods, mobile phones, and laptops.
